1. Customs & Import Fees
These charges are not included in my product prices or shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies vary widely, so I recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure what fees may apply.
High‑value international orders (over £250) are shipped via a fully insured courier service to ensure safe delivery. Standard‑value orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Every country has its own rules around customs, duties, and import taxes, and these can change throughout the year. While most orders pass through customs smoothly, some may require additional processing time or local handling fees. I always package your items with care, and I’m here to help guide you if you’re unsure what to expect when ordering from overseas.
