Shipping & Returns

At Sculpt Happy Studio, every piece is handcrafted with care, and we hope you love your purchase! However, if there’s an issue, please review our return guidelines below.

1. Shipping

We aim to dispatch items in stock within 24–48 hours. Items marked as ‘made to order’ require time for hand‑sculpting, packaging, and delivery, so please allow 1–2 weeks for completion. Customers can rest assured that they will be kept informed throughout the process, ensuring excellent, open, and effective communication every step of the way.

In the UK, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure secure and timely delivery.

For international orders, we ship via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination. Courier (Fully Insured Worldwide) is organised for high‑value items.

High‑value international orders (over £250) require a custom shipping quote to ensure full insurance and safe delivery. I will contact you after purchase, or you can email me beforehand to arrange this.

We are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages but will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

3. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@sculpthapppy.com. You may need to provide photos of the issue before initiating a return.

4. Return Process

We will confirm whether your item qualifies for a return.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received faulty due to our error.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process either a replacement or refund, depending on availability. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalised orders
Digital resources or class bookings
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

6. Liability for Lost Returns

We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning items.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy occasionally, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
